Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Card on File:
A card on file is now required to book an appointment. This just helps protect both your time and mine.
• Running Late:
If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be cancelled, and the full service amount will be charged.
• No Shows / Repeat Cancellations:
If you no-show or last-minute cancel your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of your next appointment prior to scheduling, as well as the previously mentioned 100% no show/cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given.
